THE BRIEF:
Nottingham based Home Care and Supported Living Service, Greenline Healthcare Group, contacted us for help to apply to NHS Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board’s Any Qualified Provider framework: Fully Funded Continuing Healthcare and Fast Track Domiciliary Care Home Care Services for Adults.
OUR APPROACH:
We provided full bid management and writing services for 2 lots within this framework, undertaking regular communication, information requests, and detailed case study discussions. Upon drafting method statements, we worked with Greenline and internal quality assurance to hone responses into highest quality, evidence rich, compliant responses, prior to submitting on Greenline’s behalf.
OUTCOME:
The client was extremely happy with the quality of the submitted bid, which was subsequently successful, with Greenline Home Care and Supported Living being offered a place on both lots applied for.
In recent years we’ve supported Greenline to apply for four other contracts across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire, for care, support, enablement, residential and domiciliary care services - with a 100% success rate.
The contracts we’ve helped Greenline win, alongside the frameworks and DPS contracts they are now on, have resulted in a significant increase in income, number of service users they support, delivery hours, and number of staff employed - supporting clients with multiple care and support needs across Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire. We are currently working with Greenline to expand on this provision and establish themselves in new regions.

Eligibility and relevance of other tenders and frameworks were identified by our team whilst writing an Enablement tender for Greenline. Part of this application included supporting Greenline to apply to the Care Quality Commission to add a regulated activity - our support provided extra value alongside considerable additional contract and income opportunities for Greenline through the framework.
